Travel the lane of literature
While some people find writing to be an enjoyable task, others might find it challenging. If you also find writing to be difficult, that’s alright. You are no different than some of the most experienced writers who go through the same thing.
Writing is not rocket science and can be done by anyone. Now, I know what you are thinking, ‘how could I ever compare myself to other writers if I have never done it before?’. The answer to that question is unnecessary and you should never ask yourself that as everyone’s journey is different. Every person is distinct and you should never compare yourself to anyone else.
There is numerous knowledge and information about writing and writers in general, however, much of it could be termed a myth. Now, a person who is just starting in the writing world will probably not understand the difference between genuine writing advice and a writing myth.
Procrastination is a common habit, and everyone does it at some point. Writers especially face this issue regularly when writing. If you are a writer or just getting into writing, you might have practiced the art of delaying the activity as much as possible.
Writing can be hard at times and induce numerous emotions of self-doubt and fear. The process of writing itself can be exhausting and mentally draining. As a result, we procrastinate the activity to avoid the negative feelings that come with it.
